Al Moriello, a first generation Italian American with roots in Naples, has been in the food business for over 30 years.  Creating a success story that began at a tiny pizzeria in Elizabeth, NJ, Mr. Moriello worked his way from the kitchen to ownership in a few short years and became one of the youngest restaurant owners in the area at only eighteen years of age.  “My family and I started from humble beginnings and have worked very hard over the course of several decades to realize this dream.” Mr. Moriello’s newest establishment offers authentic Southern Italian cuisine prepared with only the freshest, all natural ingredients.
